We will play attacking football by using space effectively, with and without the ball. We will control possession through effective positioning, communication and constantly improving technique. Without the ball we will defend high and press the ball
This season, Swaif Khan will provide the club with a new and improved philosophy to how we train, play and think about the game. He will also work alongside Sam Martin and Zyggy Kulesza to coach the Firsts & Reserves. We are also pleased to announce that David Woodhouse will undertake another new role at the Club, coaching the Thirds. As these are all volunteered positions, in the absence of Swaif, Sam, Zyggy or David, one of Daniel Bousfield, Finn Woodhouse or Hamish Holland will assist where required.
We are also happy to announce that Leo Oppermann will return as the Women’s Coach for the second successive year. Last year Leo brought with him new ideas and strategies to which the Women welcomed. We are positive that Leo can improve upon last year and we look forward to watching him and the Women’s team progress even further under his guidance.
