Fort Knightly | Issue 2

First and foremost, the FortKnightly would like to wish all of our loyal readers a very happy and safe holidays! Now, you may be asking, what is so “special” about this “Holiday Special” and to be honest, not a whole lot. Outside of the time of year this is being released and the mediocre attempt at a festive themed header, you’ll just find your standard small dose of banter, news and amateur poetry. Enjoy! Stay tuned for future editions, on Facebook and on Team App for details of preseason training for all 4 teams starting some time in January!

Coaches Corner

WOSSC are currently searching for coaches for all 3 men’s teams for the 2018 season. If you, or someone you know is suited for the job, send through an application to or contact our Facebook page. Help us win more silverware! We’re looking for a First team coach (div 2a), Reserves team coach (div 2b) and a Thirds team coach (div 5). Coaching experience at senior level is desired. Coaching qualifications and an understanding of the Collegiate League and WOSSC is preferred, but not essential.

January 2020

After taking the Women’s team further into a cup competition than any team at WOSSC has gone before, and winning over the fans and players with his charm and positive attitude towards the wonderful game, Coach Leo has done all he needs to for a contract extension offer to be made. Rumour has it that Leo and the club have agreed on personal terms, but we’re just waiting for his agent to fly in from Switzerland to finalise the deal. Top stuff, Leo!

Instagram did not return a 200.
